October Fitness Update 1!

Hello all!

Just a quick update on how my fitness is going :)

Changing from fizzy drinks to water has already made a change to my skin! Its looking alot clearer and brighter (apart from the fact I burnt my forehead with a curling tong).

Since I squat daily already I thought I would squat in heels to create more of a challenge...Lets just say I'm having difficulty sitting and standing. No pain - No gain.

Any one else tried Nip + Fab products? I am in love. Cannot wait to write a review on that.

Current Weight: 130 pounds
