Rimmel Scandaleyes Retro Glam Mascara

I'm forever interested in eye make up adverts and the one that I've become obsessed with at the Scandal Eyes Retro Glam range. It may also be due to the fact that I have a crush on Georgia May Jagger (good work Rimmel), and the 60's looks like it must have been an awesome decade.

The premise of Scandaleyes Retro is to make lashes have that big, bold and beautiful false eye lash look. What makes it different from other mascaras is the hour-glassed shaped brush which is suppose to fit with the lash line and not to clump lashes together.

I first tried this mascara when I was running late for work. I was amazed that it did cover every lash, with one stroke and I saw my lashes branch out more and found that they even looked longer. Unfortunately I got a bit mascara hand happy and had a spider eye that I had no time to fix until lunch.

This is slowly becoming my favourite mascara due to the false eye lash look. When you have to do your make up at 6.30am its difficult to put false lashes on, so I'm glad there's a mascara that can create that look in seconds.

I think the hour glass shaped brush is a nice touch. It definitely helps with coating the corner lashes, because with normal mascaras I tend to bend the brush at awkward angles to get them.

I'd give it 8/10 overall!

Organix Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo, Conditioner and Oil

I admit, I don't have the healthiest hair going. With dyeing my hair chestnut blonde, relaxing it every six weeks and being on horrible medication that makes it weak and fall out, I'm not the poster child for awesome hair. But that's when Organix Moroccan Argan Oil range comes in.

The past six months I've sworn by the original Moroccan Oil range. It smells nice, made my hair look healthy and I loved it... just not its price. £29.99 for the oil and £34.99 for both shampoo and conditioner was a bit pricey for me, so when I found Organix in my daily shop in Superdrug for less than £10 I was rather excited.

The shampoo was lovely, had a scent that wasn't too overbearing. I only used a small amount for each wash which is great because now I know that it will last a while. The conditioner was also a dream to use. This had a little bit more of a scent and made my hair feel great even as it was wet.I put the oil in as my hair is wet as it dries faster, and protects it from heat. After blow drying and straightening my hair it looks so glossy and salon like.

Overall, I think this is a great range. I've been using these products for over a month and I've noticed a great difference in my hair. It feels and looks more healthy. There's always a shine to my hair yet doesn't feel weighted like other products do. My hair is getting thicker-which I love due to my devil tablets. Considering this is the cheaper version of the Argan Oil trend I think it's amazing, and will definitely repurchase.

I'm Moving!!

Hello All!

I'm so overwhelmed by all your lovely comments and all these page views. I've only had my blog just over a week! Thank you so much!!

Just a quick update, I'm moving out of my flat this weekend with my boyfriend (never realised how stressful moving would be), so I'll have no internet :(, BUT I have a couple of reviews in the pipework and will upload as soon as I have the chance.

Lots of Love
